Studio apartments are a funny crowd, they may not necessarily have the draw of a true one-bedroom, however on the rental side we have never struggled with finding tenants, as they tend to be more affordable and can be a good base for someone working in the area Monday to Friday for example.

The apartment has come online at £150,000, our projected rental return would be in the region of £600 to £625 per month, bringing the yield in around the 5%.
